Released a few days ago, Ozme is only available on iOS (for the moment).
The application is on a freemium model. Sending challenges is completely free, only Flashes are paid for (but 5 are offered upon registration and you earn 5 more each time you invite a friend). Finally, you can subscribe to Ozme 360°, which will give you access to: the list of people who have visited your profile the most + those who have secretly liked you + 10 Flashes per day.
